  • Late payments may be subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CONSULTING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BASED ON INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE TIME AND DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULTS OR OUTCOMES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Robby Jay Unlimited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

13. Severability
